Art has always been a powerful medium to express emotions, spread positivity, and inspire hope. Keeping this in mind, Lord Krishna College of Education, Adhoya (Ambala) organized a Virtual Fine Arts Workshop on June 12, 2021, titled “Creative Ways to Offer Hope Amid COVID-19.” The workshop aimed to encourage students to explore their artistic potential while addressing the emotional challenges brought by the pandemic.

Objective of the Workshop
During the COVID-19 pandemic, people worldwide faced stress, anxiety, and isolation. This workshop served as a therapeutic initiative, helping students channel their emotions into art. The sessions focused on different artistic techniques such as painting, shading, and visual storytelling, allowing students to express their thoughts and find solace in creativity.

The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Renu Sohta (Director of the Workshop), followed by a Presidential Address by Shri Raj Kumar Sangwan (Chairman, Lord Krishna College of Education).
A Successful Conclusion
The event concluded with a valedictory session led by Prof. Ram Viranjan (Retd.), Department of Fine Arts, Kurukshetra University, followed by a vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Asha Rani. The participants left the workshop feeling motivated, inspired, and artistically enriched, proving that even in difficult times, art can be a beacon of hope.
